• Earn 1 VIP point for every RM1 spent.
• Points are based on the final amount paid after discounts, vouchers, or promotions.
• Points are only given for successful orders.
• Cancelled, refunded, or failed orders will not earn points.
• 100 VIP points = RM1.
• Minimum spend of RM100 in one order to use points.
• Points can be used as a discount at checkout.
• Points cannot be shared, transferred, or exchanged for cash.
• Points are valid for 3 months from the date they are earned.
• Expired points cannot be used again.
• Points may take 24 to 72 hours to appear in your account.
• If an order is cancelled or refunded, the points earned from that order will be removed.
